I’m Rev. Justin Driscoll — an ordained minister with the Assemblies of God, a husband, a father, and a wedding officiant proudly serving the greater Pittsburgh area. I’ve been in full-time pastoral ministry for over 20 years, and I bring that same depth of care, preparation, and presence to every wedding I officiate.
I hold a Master of Divinity from Regent University and currently serve as Lead Pastor at Genesis Church in Moon Township, PA. But on weekends when I’m not behind my own pulpit, there’s nothing I love more than helping couples create a ceremony that’s meaningful, personal, and memorable.
My wife and I have been married since 2003. We have three kids, and we live in the Moon Township area. I’m not just someone who performs weddings — I’m someone who believes in marriage and lives it out every single day.
I don’t just perform weddings. I’m someone who believes in marriage, lives it every day, and would be honored to help you start yours.

My Approach to Your Wedding
I Listen First
Before I write a single word, I want to hear your story. How did you meet? What do you love about each other? Your ceremony should sound like you, not like a template.
I Prepare Thoroughly
I don’t wing it. Every ceremony is carefully written, reviewed with you, and rehearsed. When I step up to that mic, I know exactly what I’m going to say.
I Show Up Fully
On your wedding day, I’m present and engaged. I arrive early, check in with your wedding party, and make sure everything runs smoothly.
I Make It Personal
The best ceremonies make people laugh, cry, and feel something real. I love weaving your story in a way that surprises guests and reminds you why you chose each other.
Why Choose a Credentialed Minister?
In Pennsylvania, many people can legally officiate a wedding. But there’s a big difference between someone who took an online course and someone who has dedicated their life to ministry, counseling, and walking with people through their most important moments.
When you hire me, you’re getting a professional with a graduate degree in ministry, decades of real-world experience, and a genuine love for what I do. Your wedding day matters — and the person at the front of the room should reflect that.
